Its main products are strengthened composite flooring and artificial board decorative panels, with the registered trademark "Double Elephant". -

It currently has one imported and one domestic production line, with a designed annual capacity of 5 million square meters; and two veneer pressing machines, with a designed annual output of 1.8 million square meters. -

Reinforcing composite flooring as the core product of Harbin Shuangxiang Wood Industry, its structural design follows the dual logic of functionality and durability, composed of a wear-resistant layer, a decorative layer, a base material layer, and a balance layer, which are compounded under high temperature and high pressure:
Wear-resistant layer: Using specially treated aluminum trioxide material, the wear resistance far exceeds national standards. Taking household Class I standards as an example, national standards stipulate that the wear resistance should be ≥6000 revolutions, while the actual measured data of this factory's products is significantly higher than this indicator. Even in high-frequency use scenarios (such as furniture movement and daily stepping), it can effectively resist wear and tear, extending the product's lifespan.
Decorative layer: Relying on the R&D team's high-precision scanning technology for wood grain, through color adjustment, defect optimization, and grain clarity processing, it restores the classic texture of oak grain and walnut grain, while also launching modern minimalist style patterns to meet the personalized needs of different decoration styles.
Base material layer: High-density fiberboard is selected, with three major physical advantages: high static bending strength makes it resistant to deformation under pressure; low water absorption thickness expansion rate ensures dimensional stability in humid environments; good impact resistance can reduce damage caused by falling heavy objects.
Balance layer: In addition to maintaining the balance of the floor structure, it can also block the invasion of ground moisture, further enhancing moisture resistance.
