On October 2, Zhang Guanwu, Party Secretary and Chairman of Longjiang Forest Industry Group, visited Harbin State-owned Songjiang Plywood Factory Co., Ltd. and Songjiang Pingshan Forest Tourism Co., Ltd. for a detailed inspection and investigation. This investigation covered many aspects, including factory operation status, quality management system, scenic area planning and layout, and tourism industry development. At the flooring and veneer workshops of Harbin State-owned Songjiang Plywood Factory Co., Ltd., Zhang Guanwu carefully examined the flooring production line and gained an in-depth understanding of the cost control, inventory status, and market sales of "Shuangxiang" flooring. In the pipe building materials production workshop, Zhang Guanwu learned about the production process and product quality inspection of cement culverts. He particularly pointed out that at the critical juncture of forest fire prevention and emergency road construction, Songjiang Plywood Factory Co., Ltd., as the main supplier of culverts, must shoulder the main responsibility for quality and safety, strengthen daily control, weekly inspections, and monthly scheduling mechanisms, improve the product quality and safety risk control system, strictly abide by national production standards, and ensure that the produced culvert products can withstand extreme weather in the forest area, thus solidifying the foundation of quality and safety.

Afterwards, Zhang Guanwu and his entourage visited CITIC Road and Bridge Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of JianTou Group, and visited its factory workshops and employee dormitory areas. He emphasized the importance of learning from CITIC Road and Bridge's professional technology, management experience, and corporate culture in the production of fiber asphalt mixtures, colored asphalt mixtures, and various emulsified asphalts. At the Royal Deer Park scenic area of Pingshan Forest Tourism Company, Zhang Guanwu discussed in detail the tourist entry situation during the "National Day" Golden Week and expressed his appreciation for the outstanding achievement of receiving nearly 10,000 tourists in just two days. He stressed the need to strengthen the safety management of special equipment, large-scale tourism facilities, sightseeing vehicles, pedestrian walkways, and animals in the scenic area, and to increase the efforts in hazard investigation and rectification to continuously improve service quality and ensure that tourists receive the best tourism experience.
